Answer: Our primary materials include PET, HDPE, PP, and LDPE, depending on the customer's needs and the application.

2.Can you produce bottles or gallons according to the customer's design?

Answer: Yes, we offer design and production services based on customer specifications (OEM/ODM). Additionally, we can create new molds to meet specific customer requirements.

3.What types of liquids can your products hold?

Answer: It depends on the material selected. For example, PET bottles are suitable for drinking water or beverages, while HDPE gallons are ideal for chemicals, oils, or cleaning products. All materials we use are food contact grade and safe for food storage.

4.Can you produce recycled plastic bottles (rPET or PCR)?

Answer: Yes, we offer recycled material options to help reduce environmental impact. We can use PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic) or other recycled materials such as rPET.

5.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Answer: The MOQ depends on the size and design of the bottles/gallons. Generally, the minimum for bottles is 10,000 pieces per order, and for gallons, it is 5,000 pieces per order. For customers picking up directly from our factory, smaller orders may be arranged.

6.How long is the production lead time?

Answer: The standard production lead time is 10–15 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. In most cases, it will not exceed 30 days.

7.What certifications do you have?

Answer: Our factory is certified with standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and TIS 655 Part 1-2553 for plastic containers and utensils for food use. We also comply with Thailand's Ministry of Public Health Announcement No. 435.

8.Can you provide samples for testing before production?

Answer: Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Answer: Yes, we provide shipping services both domestically and internationally through reliable logistics partners.

Answer: We guarantee product safety during transit and cover damage caused by transportation.

Answer: Yes, while our standard packaging is plastic bags, we can arrange special packaging, such as cardboard boxes or custom packaging, shrink wrapping, or specific arrangements as per customer requirements.
