Quality Control
Quality control: we do quality control with all processes by using ISO 9001:2015 as our standardized system. There are below details.
• Raw material: we ensure all plastic resins are new and grade “A” quality. They must meet our specifications.
• Work in process: all manufactured goods must meet their required standard shape, weight, color. Additionally, we do functional checks such as cap compatibility, leak test, drop test.
• Finished goods: all finished products with screening or labeling are accurate conditions.
• Before shipment: we ensure the delivered packed products are the right products and correct quantities.
